Capacity & Layout:
Theatre Style – up to 100 delegates
A traditional conference room arrangement for larger events. The layout is rows of conference chairs with small personal table facing towards stage. This is a very flexible layout. It is the ideal set up for events with central presentations. Rows can be circular, semi-circular, straight, or angled toward the central point. Recommended for product launches, annual reviews, trainings, seminars and speeches.
U-Shape Style – up to 16 delegates
Great for small conferences and meetings. It is ideal for interactive sessions as every delegate can see each other. This layout is great for allowing the keynote speaker to easily move around the room. This set up provides good work space and interaction among delegates. Recommended for debates, meetings, training, seminars, courses and speeches.
Classroom Style – up to 20 delegates
This set up is ideally suited for small meetings when delegates need to take lots of notes on paper or computer. It is a comfortable set up for long sessions. Recommended for conferences, trainings, seminars and courses.
Hollow Square Style – up to 20 delegates
This layout is appropriate when delegates are having smaller meetings or giving short presentations. It is ideal for productive group discussions. Recommended for smaller or high profile meetings and conferences.
Garden
A green garden with trees and herbs from beautiful Cyprus nature in the back of the building is the ideal choice for cocktails, parties or even a relaxing break between sessions.
Veranda
A big veranda in the front of the building can be used by any event if necessary. It is ideal for cocktails and relaxing breaks between sessions.
Private parking
Synergy Conference Center has its own private parking space opposite the building.
